Feeling like you are a fake!?

I too felt the same. I was a victim of Imposter Syndrome or the “Who Am I to…?” Syndrome as I like to call it.
I used be so excited when clients would book their sessions with me, but deep down I would wish that they would cancel or forget their appointments. Or if they actually did make it, I would be so anxious and full of self-doubt and the biggest question running in my head would be…”who am i?””Who am I to help these people?” I am nothing, I am no one, How can I help them? I cannot even help myself. Why am I doing this? Why am I pretending to be someone I am not! I am a nobody!
I felt small. I second guessed myself. I was always undecisive and expected others to make decisions for me because I felt I did not make the right decision and that everyone else is better than me!

There was internal work to be done and I knew that till I don’t get my act together my business and passion is going to suffer! Not only that but I am doing a disservice to all those people who can benefit from my services. My passion to serve humanity will die eventually if I don’t do anything about it.
I eventually dug deeper and realized my reason of feeling small. I was not appreciated, I was not given credit for the stuff I did, I did not get acknowledged! I had a few “failures” and it hit me hard because I did not have the support to overcome them and my subconscious mind picked up the belief that I am a nobody and no matter how much I try I am not going to succeed, so why even bother trying? I wanted to put myself in a bubble and stay in my comfort zone. Although I knew I had a higher purpose, I have the skills and training and even experience with great results from clients but something wasn’t right!
I know the struggle, I know what its like! And I can help you overcome the obstacles and hurdles and whatever IT is that is holding you back from achieving success!
