Before going in for hypnosis my grades were suffering due to stress and various other factors. On someone's recommendation I decided to try hypnosis. I, for a long time, used to make fun of hypnosis.... Being a student of psychology and doing lot of Practicals sometimes hypnosis on my friends, never ever dreamed that somebody would actually do on me too but ....... It really worked.... A friend recommended the relaxation audio made by Huma. It is not too long and while listening to Huma's voice plus the soothing nature voice at the background it doesn't take long time for your body to relax and drift into a dreamland!!
