Children's Affirmation Audio *SPECIAL*
Does your child feel anxious?
Do they want to hide away?
Do they feel they are not good enough? That something is wrong with them?
This Confidence and Self-Esteem audio is packed with positive suggestions that will help your child start to feel good about themselves.
Today the average person, including children do not have the time, or patience to sit back, close their eyes and spend 30 minutes listening to audio.. They want and need something that they can play while conducting other activities.
One of the rules of the mind is that it loves loves loves repetition. This is why I have made the audio on repeating loop for a little more than an hour. This exciting track combines soothing music with positive suggestions that will aid in removing negative thoughts and behaviors and install confidence.
Since hypnosis will not be induced the audio, it can be played anytime in any place, even while riding in a car, playing games, and other activities. The key to the success of this audio is repetition. The Best time to listen to it is at bedtime, just play it on repeat and let your child fall asleep listening to positive affirmations for most part of the night.
How to use this audio:
1. You can let it play in the background in the presence of your child
2. At bedtime – let this audio play on repeat every night as they fall asleep. The audio is most effective at this time
Our mind loves repetition, so the more consistent you are with this audio the better. Once a day/night is recommended

- Habits: bed-wetting, cursing, stealing etc
- Weight control
- And much more……
How is a children's hypnosis session different?
We understand that children will not sit still through 30 mins or 1 hour session. Therefore, the session (even a one hour long one) is broken in to mini “therapies” where we include story telling, games, positive suggestions and in some cases magic tricks too!
Children are made to feel relaxed and are happy to come back for another “fun” session.
After the session, the parent’s are given homework rather than the child – so be ready for some work 🙂
Is hypnosis safe for my child?
Think of a time when you child hurt themselves – a minor scratch or scrape from a fall. You attended to it by giving it a gentle kiss. This “gentle kiss” miraculously made the pain go away and helped your child feel better. This small example is your way of practicing waking hypnosis.
Your child will feel similar to how they feel just before falling asleep. They will still be able to hear sounds and be aware of their surroundings. The worst that can happen is that the will fall asleep.
Hypnosis in children yields better results than adults. One reason may be perhaps they do not have any fears or hesitations that we as adults may have regarding hypnosis.
Since their imaginations are so vivid, it helps make the session more interesting and fun as we are able to combine this creative imagination with relaxation. Most often children love the experience since they enjoy “taking off in a spaceship” or taking a ride on the “magic carpet”with the hypnotist.
Note to parents/guardian:
Hypnosis is a mode of therepy that will help your child to do what they have been striving to do on their own i.e. stop bed wetting or stuttering etc. Any individual, whether child or adult, will not accept any suggestions if it goes against their belief. Hence, hypnosis will not reprogram their entire behaviour and personality and give you a “brand new and improved child version 2.0”. Although this would be a great ordeal for most parents, sadly this is not the case and we must set realistic expectations.
Tip for the parent/guardian:
Always use POSITIVE instructions/suggestions:
Imagine your children playing in the front yard close to the “not so busy street” You are doing your thing YET keeping an eye on them. You look at them playing and shout out reminding them “DO NOT play on the street”. After a few minutes you look up from what you were doing and what do you see? Exactly THAT – the are playing on or very close to the street! Now picture this – instead of saying DO NOT play on the street, you say “the grass patch in our front yard looks like a nice area to play in” Notice the difference? So will your children.
The POWER of POSITIVE words:
Think about the child who didn’t do too well in his test. One parent looks at the grades and says “yeah well I knew it wouldnt be different than the last test, why can’t you be like ….. and get better grades!” The child receives the message “we expect you to fail and others around you will always be better”
Now, in the same situation, another parent sees the grades and says Thats ok sweetheart, I am sure you will do much much better the next time!” Child receives the message “it is ok to make mistakes, and there is always an opportunity to do better – If at first you don’t succeed, try again!
Which child do you think will have higher self esteem and confidence growing up?
