Most frequent questions and answers

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to please block of 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you are not rushed

The experience feels different for each person. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy but most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indication of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like, be assured it is working.

No! Forget about what you have seen in movies! You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, drink water and open your eyes at any time.

Hypnosis is not magic, it is science! It works by creating a bust of brain waves hat are the same as when you are in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it. You’ll see for yourself when do it too!

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck over thinking it, just tell yourself that it is working and it will absolutely work.

There is no wrong or right answer and let me assure you, you are not “supposed” to be doing anything. Just be open to receiving the healing and let your powerful, brilliant subconscious mind guide you and lead the way.

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes or images that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what
you need to see.

It’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.

2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Small, yet POWERFUL changes that have a compounding effect on your overall life.

3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is I recommend between 1 – 3 session minimum. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life

After our session I will create a powerful, custom recording for you to listen to for the next 21 days. This recording will be emailed to you after our session. It’s absolutely essential and vital that you listen to this recording every day to ensure that the work you’ve done integrates at the deepest levels.

The simple answer to this is that your mind learns by repetition. And it takes the mind a minimum of 10 to 21 days to completely let go of an old belief, and to lock onto a new one. You can expect to experience a powerful , transformational RTT session and the audio is to ensure that the positive beliefs are strongly embedded.

Remember your subconscious mind is always listening, so it is absolutely fine if you fall asleep while listening to the audio – your mind gets the message 🙂
